No! I will not be a good boy, Mommy!

My child is sweet. He's loving. He's caring. He's a real treasure. He's also a sleep-talker. At about 2 this morning I heard,, "No! Mommy, I already said no! I am NOT going to be a good boy! I said no." This was without the monitor, with the door closed, and he was speaking so clearly, and really at the top of his little lungs -- completely asleep! It's funny, I'll give you that, but at the same time it's sort of terrifying. I mean, here he is, just a few days into his third year, and he's plotting his revolt against me in his sleep. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, we're in trouble!
